How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Fore Golf Divas (FGD) makes every effort to process and ship your order in a timely manner.  Normal processing time is 24-72 hours and shipping time is 1-5 business days.  Rush shipping options are available.

Can I change my order once it has been processed?

Unfortunately, FGD cannot change your order once it has been processed.  Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

How do you handle returns/exchanges?

FGD will make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you would like to return your item(s), you will receive a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping. If you would like to make an exchange, and the item you request is in stock, FGD will exchange the item with no restocking fee. Shipping charges will apply. To be accepted, returned item(s) must be unused, have the hangtag still attached, and shipped in the original packaging.   For your protection, we advise insuring your packages before shipping.

Can you ship internationally?

At the present time, FGD cannot ship internationally for individual orders. FGD will accept wholesale orders for international customers at our discretion. Please have your favorite pro shop or golf club contact FGD to carry products that you are interested in.

Does my order have to go to my credit card billing address?

To better protect you, it is preferable that FGD orders be shipped to the address that matches the billing address for the credit card you use for FGD purchases. However, if you provide a phone number and an email address so we can verify your preferences, we will send the order to your preferred shipping address.
